The Sego was designed in response to the trend of rising demand for bean-to-cup machines, but is intended for smaller offices, company waiting rooms, and the local bakery around the corner that wants to offer an extra service; locations where a home-kitchen coffee maker would be inappropriate but a large professional machine won't fit.
The Sego takes up very little space thanks to its compact footprint. Moreover, the Sego can operate perfectly without a fixed water connection thanks to its additional pump set and water bottle/tank.
Sego is a technically advanced, small-outline, fully automatic espresso machine. It includes one bean canister and two canisters for instant ingredients. You can offer many different drinks thanks to this variety of ingredients. The full-color touch screen offers up to 30 choices: Coffee Crema, Café Au Lait, Cappuccino, Espresso, Espresso-Chocolate, Americano, Latte Macchiato, Mochaccino, Hot Chocolate, and Hot Chocolate Deluxe. You can also dispense hot water for various usages.
All coffee specialties dispensed from the Sego are made using freshly ground coffee beans. The stainless steel disks in the grinder flawlessly grind the coffee beans to your specifications, from coarse to fine. Then, the unique rotational brewer optimally extracts the coffee. Each drink can be adapted to your specifications, settings such as the consistency of grind, prewetting, contact time, coffee to water ratio and of course the cup size. You can change a setting with just a few taps on the touchscreen. Personal preference settings can be easily and quickly copied to other Sego units using a USB stick.
The Sego is extremely maintenance-friendly yet, packs a lot of technology, such as the Bravilor Bonamat patented Teflon™ infused mixing bowl that prevents clogging, optimizes the flow of instant ingredients, and considerably increases the in-cup quality. In addition, the unique hot water system minimizes lime build-up.
